We the United Muslim Voice unconditionally tender our apologies to Mr.Godi Peterson who was arrested in the year 2014 in Andhra Pradesh for a comment in Social Websites about Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). In our Joint Investigation with Saudi Arabia based International Blasphemy Cases Research Institute (IBCRI) a premier organization specialized in the cases pertaining to Blasphemy cases found that the accused was arrested but found that He was not involved in such case, where he was working with an Muslims owned company since 32 years have never criticized any one but due to miscommunication between our community members based in Pidiguralla and Sattenapally and the over enthusiasm of Police Officer Mr.U.Shobhan Babu lead to the arrest of Mr.Godi Peterson. Mr.Godi Peterson has Total HIP Replacement on 15-10-2014 and was using supporter to walk.
In our joint Investigation with IBCRI (International Blasphemy Cases Research Institute )based in Saudi Arabia found that the accused was working with M/s .Crescent Exports for the past 30 years and in the Police complaint to the Honorable courts, it was mentioned that the accused was working with Care Hospitals (We have checked with our Team efforts). The accused was picked from the point on the road to Osmania University in Hyderabad on 16-11-2014 around 5PM in a Innova car and was taken to Piduguralla in Guntur District and was kept in the DGP Guest House by 10PM and was lodged till 2PM on 22-11-2014 and was taken to Sattenapally in Guntur District by 3PM on 22-11-2014 and was produced in the courts and was sent to remand on same day .(The Investigation reports were collected from reliable sources).Such person was falsely accused stating the accused ran away by seeing Police from the Bus Station of Sattenapally (Guntur District) .How can a person having THR runs . On the same day Police in their complaint to Courts stated , that they have sent a Telegram to Accused’s Wife a Telegram on 22-11-2014 ( Note:The Telegram Services were stopped in India on 15-07-2013) The then Circle Inspector Mr.U.ShobhanBabu have not done preliminary inquiry and arrested him without analyzing the case. This shows the caliber of such a Police Officer who have no analyzing skills before arresting and also shows the case handled by him lead to various consequences. There was a unrest among the community and innocent person was dragged into the case .
In this case on Superintendant of Police have the exclusive rights to arrest the accused that too after a thorough the investigation and analysis . In this case the persons who have complained to Police Mr.Sheikh Nagur Basha or Mr.Sheikh Mujeeb with the accused Mr.Godi Peterson have no relations even in social website Face book. The missing FIR was lodged by accused son on 17-11-2014 in the Nallakunta Police Station in Hyderabad.
