Only Coordinators are entitled to shift the meetings from One Place to another .
They are empowered with Powers to take any kind of decisions to hire or buy any thing to hold meetings, they also can place orders to hire Shamiyanas, Podium, Place orders for food, water etc. Speaker Remuneration ,Volunteer Payments, Placing orders for DG sets, Lighting, PA Systems, Chartered Buses, Trains, Vans, Cars, Flight Payments shall be made from their respective places.
For CAPS,T-SHIRTS,TOWELS bulk orders beyond 30 Lakhs Numbers shall be made from Head Quarters in Noida.
News Paper/TV statements shall be made collectively from Head Quarters soon after the Meetings.
